This is an exciting opportunity to join the educational arm of a globally recognised organisation and help shape its growth. It will suit an experienced, hungry B2B sales professional looking for a role where they can have a major impact.

The key focus of this role will be to drive the growth of B2B revenues for ICC Academy through sales of our online learning products and customised training workshops to large corporate organisations.

**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Meet agreed revenue targets through the sale of ICC Academy’s online learning products and customised training workshops.
- Own the end-to-end sales process for your category (corporates), including cold outreach and lead generation, qualifying and nurturing leads, closing sales, onboarding customers and account management
- Develop excellent relationships with existing clients with the aim of growing their spend with ICC Academy
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop a strong understanding of organisations within your target market
- Strictly adhere to the company’s best practices for sales and account management, including daily updates to the CRM
- Respond to inbound inquiries made about ICC Academy’s products from your target market
- Cooperate in positive manner to the growth of the organisation by aiding colleagues as well as partners, as required from time to time

**Experience and key skills required**:

- 3-5 years previous sales experience in a B2B role
- A strong, demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experienced in building strong, profitable relationship with large global organisations
- A strong service-orientated mentality and consultative selling approach
- An independent, determined, organised and proactive individual who has a strong sense of urgency to succeed and is willing to take on new projects
- Experience selling to large corporates would be a major advantage
- Experience working in, and/or selling products or services related to; international trade would be an advantage
- Experience in selling eLearning or educational products would be an advantage
- A commitment to continuous education through internal and external training

**Additional Information**:
This role will pay out commissions, apart from the monthly salary, in a tiered commission structure.
