**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team and ensure smooth function of Freight Forwarding Department
- Build up overseas agents’ network with the other branches of PIL Logistics as well as non_PIL Logistics agents
- Responsible for the P&L of the freight forwarding department and ensure budget targets are achieved
- Manage relationships with existing customers and increase our market share
- Provide quotations to customers and work closely with our Business Development team to bring in new customers.
- Ensure KPI set are met
- Drive and lead projects related to Freight Forwarding

**MUST HAVE**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Freight Forwarding industry
- Knowledge and expertise in managing logistics and operations
- Experience and holds profit and loss responsibilities
- Subject matter expert in various freight forwarding pillars (Ocean, Air, Land)
- Able to communicate effectively across various stakeholders, both internal and external
