You’ll learn foundational skills of building and managing trusted Client relationships and be on track to own a set of key clients over time. Supporting a Client Experience (CX) Manager day-to-day, you will be trained in all aspects of account management; client onboarding, cohort communication, data analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.
**Key**Responsibilities**:
- ** Account Management Support**: Assist CX Managers in project management, participate in client meetings, coordinate Cohort rollouts & scheduling, prepare updates, maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.
- ** Client Research**: Conduct research & track industry priorities and developments of assigned Clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and deepening our role as a value-adding partner to help transform their workforce.
- ** Collaboration & Collateral Preparation**:Working with a cross-functional team, create client-specific presentations, reports, and marketing collateral. Become fluent in tools that create world-class presentations and reports that are insightful and actionable.
