As a Cloud Sales Manager, you will be working with the pre-sales team in transforming the way we engage with customers and partners. You know the competitive landscape and implement strategies that maximize customer and partner value through the use of cloud technology and drive growth. You build sustainable capabilities in individuals and teams for integrated customer and partner collaborations, nimble competitive responses, and quick execution.

You have a variety of roles working with customers in driving cloud adoption. You provide focus and drive in identifying and resolving issues that span organization to deliver results and business impact. - **Manage customer relationships**
- Maintain on-going liaison with customers for easier communication
- Develop customers relationships with past and potential clients
- Coordinate communication of new products and/or service introduction, features, benefits, and prices to customers.
- Drive optimum servicing of accounts and timely resolution of potential problem areas.
- Provide experienced knowledge and/or develop competency on various customer relationship and sales management.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and develop business acumen and implications of emerging cloud technologies

**Qualities We Value**

Minimum of 6 years of experience. You have cloud fundamental knowledge on Amazon AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
