**COMPANY BACKGROUND**

For the Haier Europe digital transformation, new position is required to support IT management across Haier HQ and IT project in oversea local.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the coordination of IT strategy roadmaps and ensure successful introductions across the organizations and business units.
- Coordinate across local IT team and HQ IT team of digital transformation.
- Drive and support SAP project in Haier Europe.
- Raise project IT-related risks, issues, decisions, change requests.
- Lead Haier Europe digital transformation.
- Oversee the launch of IT solutions and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in computer science or its relevant.
- Minimum 5 years IT management experience.
- Familiar with SAP common modules, such as FICO, MM, SD and PP.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge in manufacture industry and trading business processing.
- Ability to be proactive and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders).
- Able to work both independently and as a team player.
