We are working with a leading manufacturer to identify a strong IT Business Partner to lead a transformation project.

What we are looking for:

- The person should have demonstrated strong management and leadership skills.
- The person must have a strong business orientation and not someone who is technically strong but not business savvy.
- The person should ideally be someone who headed the business process improvement team in an MNC.
- The person should have good knowledge of SCM and order fulfillment processes.
- Although S4/Hana experience is preferred, we are ok to consider those with only ECC 6.0.
- Conduct review of group companies’ current system landscape, align To-Be state with Regional IT Solutions Architecture, managing risks, and product delivery
- Organize various IT solutions architects to design, discuss, assess the feasibility, and summarize overall solutions, in alignment with business strategies, to build future-state solutions.
- Travel is seasonal 20-30%, primarily to South-Asia Regio
