DESIGNATION : Executive/Senior Executive, Learning Management System (3-year contract), SMUA

RESPONSIBILITIES

The major job duties and responsibilities for this position include:

- Hybrid work arrangement and support efficient daily operations on the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
- Create learners’ accounts in the LMS and assign course(s) based on approved registration.
- Create Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Webinar sessions in the LMS.
- Ensure assessment result(s) in the LMS are synced to learners’ accounts.
- Assist learners to resolve LMS-related issues.
- Perform course support duties 2-4 times a year to stay current with the latest SOPs of the Academy. Flexible time-off and/or off-days will be compensated for such work deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable to changes well.
- Meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Prior experience with LMS and/or TMS in the Higher Education industry would be preferred.
- Being familiar with Microsoft Power BI and RPA tools such as Power Automate will be advantageous.
