**Responsible for**:
We are looking for a Human Resource Manager in Singapore to help discover and develop our most important resource: Our people.
You will be tasked to:
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to define and implement Human Resources/People strategies across the Tru-Marine Group.
- Operate both on strategic and functional levels to determine the strategic People priorities, review the HR infrastructure and translate the Group-wide vision and mission into People initiatives through effective policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys.
- Align HR excellence to business strategy by implementing best-in-class HR functions and operations, managing People processes from outreach, on-boarding to exit as the organization continues to grow and scale internationally.
- Lead and support organizational development strategies including leadership development, succession planning, change management, coaching and teambuilding to drive a culture of high performance and quality service, with progressive focus on I4.0 competencies.
- Oversee the most complex employee-relations issues in the whole employee life cycle, including management of foreign manpower needs.
- Ensure compliance of all HR practices with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Your profile will include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR-related work, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial-role.
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree from National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, meticulous, flexible and resourceful, comfortable with short timelines.
This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is based in Singapore.
**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month
