**Job Description**:

- Ensure that alcoholic drinks are served in accordance with the state and local laws, ordinance, rules and regulations.
- Know how to use bar equipment efficiently and safely.
- Help control wastage and costs by ensuring that daily bar inventory is kept.
- Maintain bar sanitation.
- Prepare drinks promptly.
- Accommodate taste preferences of individual guests.
- Keep control of the cash (if any), alcohol storerooms and other limited access areas.
- Demonstrate suggestive selling and up-selling.
- Keep proper inventory and requisition of bar stock.
- Make entries in the Bar Log book.
- Always maintain professional confidentiality.
- Makes sure that all products served are accounted for on the final bill before presenting it.
- Clears tables throughout the guest’s experience in accordance with the hotels standard operating procedure.
- Adjusts service to suit guests’ requests and personalises any interaction with them.
- Supports review simulation processes and update evaluation criteria for a smooth operation.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Passionate in bar tendering
