The Engineering Manager is responsible for implementing, spearheading new development and implementation of new strategic plans and the improvements for all electrical projects.
- Provide design management service for HVAC, ENGINEERING, PLANT, MANUFACTURING, PROCESS, ENERGY.
- Review RFP documents/drawings for Bid, and assist Director ins strategy planning.
- Experience on develop, design, HV panels and involved in fabrication of Main Distribution board/ Local control cubical, Protection Panel
- Review design documents/drawings/calculation-sheet/-simulation-model from the Electrical viewpoint, check the design and quality, and give feedback.
- Manage the Electrical engineering team and assign day-day activities and keep track of project progression.
- Attend to tender and engage in new project opportunities and propose the market standard pricing.
- Familiar with the local & overseas market supplier in terms of all electrical accessories costing & negotiations.
- Budget / cost control /Financial management / Operational management, Health & safety regulations
- Contract negotiations / Tender / Bid management / testing, Witnessing, Commissioning of Power Plant, Substation protection relays and meters
- Support other departments of APRHQ to establish CSI format coding/estimation related to design specification/drawings.
- Listed required Permits / Approvals obtain from local and government bodies
- Prepare / review logical Construction Schedules/Plan, Safety and Loss Prevention activities.
- Ensuring and training of all team activities in line with project progression & quality plan

**Minimum Qualifications / Job Experience**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
- Professional Engineers board registration will be an advantage
- At least 10 years of Electrical design experience in building construction projects, and experience for at least two (2) large scale construction projects.
- safety certs with audit certifications is a must.
- Account management, procurement & handling of suppliers.
- Strong technical knowledge in current construction technologies.
- Strong Knowledge of Electrical details, working drawings and construction practices.
- Knowledge of local and international regulations and engineering standards
- Familiar with Project Management Platform such as SAP, Primavera, Ms-Projects etc.

Salary 4000$-5000$
