**The company **is an established international reinsurance broker for more than four decades with a clientele base in more than twenty countries. As a reinsurance specialist, the company works on behalf of insurance companies to facilitate the placement of the Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance program.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of treaty/facultative technical accounts & claims documentation including verification and processing of statements of accounts/closings and claims.
- Communicate with clients, the broking team, and other operating units to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide assistance in relation to claims or premium matters.
- Research and liaise with clients and reinsurers as questions arise.
- Meeting clients’ and reinsurers’ needs through a consultative and strategic approach. Building rapport with clients and reinsurers relevant to the territory
- Liaise with clients to coordinate the submission of reinsurance reporting.
- Work with senior team members to identify and offer solutions to problems and disputes.
- Monitor compliance with terms of trade and premium payment warranties and liaise with broking teams as required.
- Assist in communication with clients, prospects, accounting teams, broking teams, and other operating units to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide assistance.
- Enable Innovation to generate new ideas and share innovations.
- Seeks to provide the best solutions through new knowledge and diagnosing client situations
- Quality control of claims/premiums information and proper filing of documents as per internal guidelines
- Other related duties with the Claims and Technical Accounting Department.

**Qualification / Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree or any related insurance/reinsurance qualification
- Relevant claims experience in reinsurance broking/reinsurance company is an added advantage
- With good interpersonal skills, analytical, meticulousness, ability to multi-task, and being a team player

The position and remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
