**Your key responsibilities**
- Lead the development and formulation of seasoning blends for instant noodles, ensuring alignment with client requirements and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and production to bring innovative and high-quality seasoning solutions to the market
- Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure seasoning blends meet desired taste profiles and quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation and competitiveness in the product line
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, processes, and testing results for all product development projects

**You bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Chemistry, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing successful seasoning formulations
- Experience with sensory evaluation and flavor profiling
- Ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to seasoning formulations
