You will support Finance department in the Accounts Payable function to coordinate and ensure proper recording and processing of financial transactions relating to procurement and subvention in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, policies and guidelines.

Your job role will include but not be limited to the following:

- Lead and review accounting function to ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly financial activities
- Preparation of subvention claims to MOH and gather supporting information from various stakeholders and cross functional teams to meet funding support criteria
- Working closely with all organization units to ensure proper payment processing and timely clearing of accounts to counteract any operational business discontinuity/ disruption as result of payment obligations default
- Providing continual effort in identifying areas of improvements to refine financial processes and internal controls to enhance end to end functionalities by ways of automation

- Degree in Accountancy or degree holder (major in Accountancy or Finance) with at least 4 years of experience
