Work Location: Tampines Industrial Park
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

- To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant.
- To work/ liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging.
- Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for the assembly process.
- Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance.
- Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process.
- Involve in rack packaging design.
- To lead/participate in Kaizen activities.
- To support production on mass run.
- Managed and maintains support for existing products
- Participate in ISO audit both internally and externally.
**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Preferably experienced in a server & rack manufacturing industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month
