**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:

- Defines test program flows, method and coverage
- First silicon debug with Design and Test Engineering
- Drive final test yield analysis and corrective actions
- Finalize wafer-sort and final test programs in support of production
- Drive product to meet yield and test time goals
- Generate product assessment report
- Transfer product knowledge to sustaining engineer
- Manage Test Subcont in early production stage

**THE PERSON**:
Fast learner, independent and resourceful EE Engineer who has passion to work in the semiconductor industry with strong knowledge and experience as Semiconductor Product/Test Engineer


**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Bring New Product from first silicon, ramp up to be ready for Production Volume Test
- Design, collect and Analyze Test Data during Verification and Correlation Process to meet Production Release Schedule, Specification and Manufacturability Criteria, with working closely with Test Engineer
- Support Test Operations to test and ship Engineering Sample

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Good fundamental knowledge of digital design and circuit analysis a must.
- Strong knowledge of new product introduction from first silicon through qualification and characterization.
- Good knowledge and debugging skill on ATE (Advantest T2K is preferred)
- Good analytical, communication, team work, and troubleshooting skills required.
- Proficiency in a high level programming language such as C/Perl/Python, and have a working knowledge of UNIX shell scripting is a plus.
- Experience with FPGA architecture or CPU/firmware is a plus.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- BSEE and 5 or more years’ experience in semiconductor or related field. Fresh graduate of MSEE is welcome to apply
