**Senior Executive, Crewing

barges, accommodation work barges, towing tugs, utility vessels, lift boats, and crew boats.

With our Shipyard in Batam, Indonesia, downstream services such as fabrication and

engineering capabilities, vessel docking, repair and maintenance works are fully dedicated to

supporting our subsidiaries, partners, and clients. This further enhances our value proposition

by broadening the spectrum of our marine services and takes us closer to our core focus on

delivering operational and service excellence.

**Job Purpose**

Ensure the crew rotations and planning are carried out smoothly and efficiently for assigned
vessels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment of competent crew for the assigned vessels
- Ensure that the Oil Major requirements are met with regards to the relevant positions

onboard
- Crew planning for all assigned vessels
- Maintain and oversee the crew rotations on a timely basis.
- Verification of crew qualification, experiences and documentation prior joining vessel
- Verifying of the crew payroll
- Arrange the crew trainings as per project specific requirements.
- Stand in for the Crewing Manager during his absence.
- Other crewing matters as assigned by the Manager.
- Manage and hire Indonesian Crews.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesia would be an advantage.
- Minimum Diploma in Maritime Studies / Marine Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in Marine industry.
