**Position: Senior Executive, Crewing**

**Working Days : 5 day work week
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Crewing Manager in managing crew and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for the company's vessels.
- Verify crew qualifications and documentation before their joining.
- Maintain and update crew personal files in the company's database (POSEIDON).
- Prepare Crew Matrix and compile crew documents for client submissions.
- Handle all PNI cases, including compiling costs and necessary documentation.
- Manage visas and ensure compliance with crew certification legislation.
- Ensure crewing processes adhere to the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Coordinate crew appraisals by vessel masters or appointed shore-based superintendents.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute crew changes for company vessels.
- Manage crewing functions such as sourcing, recruitment, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and charter requirements in all operational countries.
- Verify that joining crews meet competency qualifications required by regulations and clients.
- Work towards increasing the localization ratio for the fleet.
- Verify crewing expenses and submit accrual and weekly crewing reports promptly.

- Possess a Diploma in any field Preferred 2-3 years relevant crewing experience
