- Draft and prepare all outgoing Confirmations that enter the workflow system
- Prioritise outgoing Confirmations effectively based on age, client and value
- Have a deep understanding of the underlying OTC Confirmation products
- Raise any breaks between Termsheet and Bookings when reviewing trades to the relevant stakeholders (Sales or Middle Office typically)
- Generate various risk reports on number of outstanding confirmations, age profile, trade volumes etc in order to manage risk in conjunction with client stakeholders
- Raise any concerns or queries timeously to management
- 2 - 6 years Trade Support experience, with knowledge in OTC Confirmation Matching, Confirmation Chasing & Indexing and Confirmation Queries
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with excel
- Experience within a Trade Support / Trade Capture role
