**Executive / Assistant Executive - Corporate / B2B Marketing Communications & Events Management (1-year contract)**:

**Executive/ Assistant Executive - Corporate / B2B Marketing Communications & Events Management**:
You will be part of a team involved in developing and implementing corporate / B2B marketing engagement strategies and initiatives to target senior business leaders, with the aim of significantly increasing their participation in various activities, such as research surveys, qualitative discussions, networking events, and more.

**K**ey Job Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of marketing activities through content development and dissemination, graphic design, and video creation
- Assist in updating and managing of communication platforms, such as LinkedIn, website, and newsletters
- Assist in gathering and tracking of relevant data and metrics to evaluate success of marketing activities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events by working with stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Support the manager in any other ad-hoc marketing communication and stakeholder engagement activities

**Qualifications, Skills, Attributes**:

- Relevant NITEC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in corporate/B2B engagement and/or marketing communications preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in learning and a strong aptitude for professional development are welcome. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Experience using WordPress, Canva, MailChimp preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detailed, meticulous and creative.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Event planning / management experience an advantage

This is a 1-year contract position, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance.
