**Job Description
1. Marketing Communications + Digital Marketing

Executing all Marketing communications efforts for new cars, including ongoing tactical communications )e.g. advertisements, targeting), ongoing operational communications (e.g. localised brochures, flyers, spec cards for all models, promotional flyers, SCs selling kits)

2. Launch communications (e.g. launch campaigns and materials, SC's sales kits), maintain BMW/PML digital presence and CRM-related communications (e.g. eDMs, Newsletters).

3. Media Planning & Strategizing

In line with the communication efforts, to work with the Marketing Manager to evaluate and plan media channels to ensure maximum reach and mínimal cost for all campaigns. This includes above-the-line media channels such as TV, Newspapers, Magazines, Out-of-Home Billboards, new media such as digital and mobile advertising platforms, and below-the-line channels such as mail drops, partnerships database mining and eDMs.\

4. Corporate Identity (CI) Management

To ensure effective communications and consistent messaging, Marketing works on existing assets from BMW to ensure the communications remain on-brand. Communications and materials are also localised to Singapore specs and requirements. It is also important that the BMW Corporate Identity (CI) is also kept strictly in check.

5. Events Management & Execution (Virtual and Offline)

Assist and support on events conceptualisation, planning, budgeting and execution within PML for new car launches (launch of new models or facelifted models), tactical events, where applicable (Singapore Motorshow, roadshows & car expo events), partnership events and showroom activities & events.

Marketing also supports and participates in BMW Asia-led events.

6. Showroom Management

Working together with the facility department and the Sales Showroom Manager, to ensure that the BMW showroom is kept in tip-top condition and that all communications/displays are on brand. This includes ensuring that the retail aspects meet the BMW Retail Standards Audit review benchmark.

7. Shuttle Programmes, if any

Manages and executes all retail shuttle programmes, ensuring that the programmes run like clockwork, tying in aftersales support, fleet management agency and the partners’ requirements.

8. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Support

Working closely with the team, as well as CRM in executing functions required in the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, e.g (not limited to) creation of EDMs and blasts, coordination with agencies in the setup of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 Years in Marketing, for a luxury brand preferred. Foundation CRM experience is ideal.
