- 1. Data Development: Responsible for extracting, cleaning, and integrating data from business systems, encompassing but not limited to sales performance data, financial data, and cloud resource data. 2. Analysis Reporting: Conduct regular in-depth analysis, preparing operational reports and thematic analysis. Timely identify and report to management on key business indicator trends and potential issues. 3. Business Insights and Optimization Recommendations: Based on data analysis results, business insight, proposing strategies for business and efficiency improvement. Also, Design and develop data and reporting frameworks. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other relevant departments to support decision-making through data, driving business growth and enhancing management efficiency.
**Position Requirement**
- 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in majors related to Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, etc. 2. Skill Requirements: Proficient in at least one data analysis language or tool (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and familiar with basic office software like Excel; experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred. 3. Industry Knowledge: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, capable of effectively combining business knowledge with data analysis, possesses a certain degree of commercial acumen, and has prior experience in toB-related industries or the cloud industry is preferred. 4. Communication Skills: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate data analysis conclusions clearly, and convey information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. 5. Additional Requirements: Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies in big data analytics, maintain a passion for learning, possess the ability to independently solve problems and innovate. Be committed to tracking industry developments, updating, and refining data analysis models accordingly.
