- 1. Have expertise in using data to measure and analyze business performance of online and offline marketing activities 2. Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth. 3. Partner with middle desk and operation team (cross-function) to deep dive on core issues (customer conversion) and use our data to find answers. 4. Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making process. Design and deliver market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to senior management. Monitor key metrics and alert potential business issues. 5. Perform business analytics to drill down on certain business challenges, and provide conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
**Position Requirement**
- 1、Capable of pinpointing and de-constructing problems with strong logical reasoning skills and in-depth knowledge of various indicators, result-oriented and detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills 2、Experienced in SQL as well as other basic analytical tools, such as SAS, SPSS etc, and able to discover opportunities from mass data. 3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4、Bachelor’s/Master Degree, preferably majored in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or Business/Marketing Management. 3 years + working experience in business performance analysis reporting, data analysis, with independent thinking and broad insights. Experience in Cloud Computing /B2B /or tech consulting would be an advantage 5、Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin as the role will need to collaborate with the cross-functional team in China.
