This opportunity is for a freelance role specialising in culinary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create innovative recipes for our menu, considering customer preferences and market trends.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are consistent with the brand's vision and values.
- Conduct thorough taste tests, analyse results, and provide constructive feedback to achieve the perfect flavour profiles, textures, and presentations.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and industry developments.
- Adapt recipes and menus as needed to address customer feedback and changing market demands.
- Establish and maintain standardised recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency in all food offerings.
- Assist in the training of a team of instructors on the preparation and execution of new menu items.
- Maintain detailed records of recipe development, including ingredient lists, procedures, and cost analysis.
- Ingredients and equipment will be provided at the studio; using your own is not allowed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a recipe developer, menu planner, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong culinary and flavour profiling skills.
- Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box in recipe development.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse culinary team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
