- Implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct research on food ingredients, processing methods, and preservation techniques.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in food product development or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of food science principles and food processing techniques.
