JSB Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is a dynamic and growing construction, interior design, renovation company in Singapore, committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Building Painters to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various surfaces (walls, ceilings, doors, frames, etc.) for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and repairing cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and other access equipment safely.
- Protect adjacent surfaces and furniture from paint splatter using drop cloths and masking tape.
- Read and interpret specifications and instructions to determine painting requirements and procedures.
- Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring an even coat and smooth finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on job sites, especially when working at heights.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in various painting techniques and methods for different surfaces (interior and exterior).
- Expertise in using hand tools (scrapers, sandpaper, spackling tools) and power tools (paint sprayers).
- Strong understanding of different types of paints, primers, and finishes.
- Ability to mix and match colors accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishing.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work at heights for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Building Painter.

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory but an advantage):

- Experience with specialized painting techniques (e.g., decorative painting, faux finishes).
- Ability to work on diverse projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
