**Job Description & Requirements**

Job Title: Part-time Painter

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, trim work, and ceilings, using appropriate tools and materials.
- Ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared before painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Cover floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths or plastic sheets to protect them from paint and dust.
- Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures.
- Repair and maintain painted surfaces as needed.
- Communicate with residents to ensure that their needs and preferences are taken into account.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of painting materials, methods, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays, as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 42 per week

**Salary**: From $100.00 per day
