**The Company**

Our client, a local listed company, is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Management to join the company.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for the duties below:

- Design and implement strategic talent frameworks, programs and processes to drive business transformation and growth
- Ensure healthy bench strength by supporting senior management in identification of high potential and high performing individuals for succession plans
- Manage and facilitate the performance review framework
- Develop in-house training programmes and collaborate with external partners and industry practitioners to meet functional and professional development needs
- Active involvement in shaping organisational culture
- Partner with various internal stakeholders to implement new talent initiatives that will build talent capability
- Review and develop future-ready human resource policies and strategies, referencing HR trends and best practices, taking into consideration context, economic outlook and available support to meet business needs

**Your Profile**

You should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource, and have at least 10 years of experience in managing talent development framework and programs. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to manage high job complexity, have high attention to details, good leadership skills and strong sense of responsibility to handle matters with confidentiality. IHRP certification would be an advantage.
