We are looking for a Resource Management Analyst, to join our Global IT Programs and Projects team and be responsible for the planning, allocating, and assigning adequate IT resources to the right projects within an appropriate time frame.
**The role**
- Oversee and allocate the resources within IT to ensure that resources are adequately staffed to support projects and operations activities. This task will support across departments from Core System (CS), Commercial Management System (CMS), and Program and Project (P&P)
- Analyze and manage the resources in Smartsheet Resource Management Tool and excel and publish the report/dashboard regularly
- Monitor and highlight the overload resources and provide recommendations to management to decide whether to outsource or to reprioritize the workload
- Engage stakeholders in CS Team, CMS Team, P&P Team and align them to resources situations periodically.
- Support and onboard external resources from GID creation, BPA access, and also INFOR access through e-flow support
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in IT Resource Management
- Proficient in the use of excel, Smartsheet or MS Project
- Organized, detailed oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Certified in ITIL is a plus
- Certified in Project Management is a plus
