Job Summary

Job Summary

The HR Generalist will be based in Changi South, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

- Performs a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, salary administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR system maintenance and other ad-hoc projects.
- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature, prepares letters and presentation materials.
- Attend to regional employees on ad hoc travel/mobility related queries.
- Assist in prioritizes, schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates travel related arrangements for executive.
- Provide administrative support to the executive.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.

The experience we're looking to add to the team:

- Diploma/Degree in the relevant field
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the similar capacity
- Familiar with HR practices and employment acts
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Fresh graduates with internship or relevant education background are welcome to apply
