**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with key stakeholders, ie Risk/Compliance, Legal, Finance, Settlement, Card Ops and IT to formulate new processes to support the full implementation of CaaS as a new business.
- Ensure all such new policies/proceses are documented for clear adherance and audit purposes.
- Front discussions with potential clients to explain the Implementation guidelines/checklist and provide the full post-sales engagement starting from onboarding to implementation to post-launch servicing.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in leading the set-up of Business Operations in a mid-sized organisation, with a broad understanding of payments and fintechs, card operations and client servicing is highly preferred.
- Ideally have at least 10 years' of related experience.
- Maturity in dealing with senior stakeholders to craft new policies that are favourable to the growth ambitions of CaaS.
