Role responsibilities:
This position reports to the director and interfaces with both organisation managers and consumers. The Brow & Beauty Boutique Pte. Specific Responsibilities:
1. Trainee will be able solve client issues effectively Trainee will be able to communicate with client and build rapport in order to ensure client becomes a reccuring client

2. Trainee will have extensive knowledge on the current products and services we provide thus being able to answer any queries clients may have

3. Trainee will be able to plan out appointments ensuring there are no clashes Trainee will be able to handle any last minute appointments Trainee will be able to take appointments from the different appointment making platforms we have

4. Trainee will be able to manage a team, holding responsibilities such as shift timing, hiring new employees, handling sick leave and handling internal employee conflicts
