Jacobs Singapore would like to welcome a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to join our Water team working on exciting Water Main upgrading projects across Singapore. Jacobs role is The Client's Representative for contract supervision works. Main duties:
- Carry outstanding supervision of the works in progress on-site
- Enter the manhole or sewer for inspection, when necessary
- Supervising and verifying contractors’ CCTV video and inspection reports,
- Systematically manage and update daily data on all records about the programme
**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- RTO accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) or the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision work in sewerage projects.
- Certificate of WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Spaced Operation (previously known as Safety Instruction Course for Supervisors - Manhole (SIC)) will be an added advantage
- Certification either under the WRc Sewer Pipeline Assessment and Certification Programme, SgSTT’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Programme or WSQ Certified Used Water Collection Technician will be an added advantage
Other information
- 44 working hours (5.5 days) per week
- 36 months fixed term contract renewable
