We would like to hire a Resident Technical Officer to join our Water team working on an upcoming Sewer Main Pumping Rehab project. Jacobs's role is Client's Representative doing the construction supervision work.
Main duties
Supervise the execution of the construction works including temporary works for pipe laying, pipe jacking works and construction of chambers
Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications
Monitor the Contractor’s progress and performance and maintain proper site records of the works.
Take photos of the worksite and update The Client with proper labels through email / WhatsApp on a daily basis.
Keep and maintain proper site records and documentation, e.g. attendance records of PM, RTO, STO, Professional Engineers and contractor’s site personnel
Keep records of diary, record books, schedule of works, records of inspection/checklists and approvals for concreting, test records, test certificates.

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess relevant experience in pipe laying and pipe rehabilitation works and be available to work 5.5 days in a week.
