**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Work under the control and direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carry out their supervision and fully responsible to the appropriate QP.
- To liaise and conduct inspection with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor.
- To assist Resident Engineer on all structural works carried out according to approved drawings.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance to the Building Control Act as the Qualified Site Supervisor (RTO) on record for the supervision of the works.
- To monitor the progress and assist Resident Engineer on structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued.
- To conduct C&S inspection for works the inspections forms submit by Main Contractor Engineer/Supervisor and maintain proper records.
- To check and monitor the Structural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or other equivalent qualifications.
- Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES with valid certification (s).
- At least 3 year (s) of Civil work experience with strong knowledge of local construction practices.
- Experience in Site Clearance, civil works, Piling works earthworks, ERSS/ GBW and sewer & waterworks.
- LTA/PUB/HDB project experience will be an advantage.
- Willing to work on night & rotation shifts as requested.
- work as a Good Team player.
- Prior LTA project experience is an advantages.
