Phase 1 (5 months) - ST04 Factory Extension & Proposed Hydraulic Trailer Shed - 2 Nos. Single Storey of Steel Portal Frame supported on pad footing

Phase 2 (10 months) - ST03 Proposed 2-Storey Ancillary Office Building - 2-Storey RC Structure with Metal Roof supported on pad footing

**As a key member of our Site Team, you will participate and deliver our Projects to the best of your abilities.
**What will you be doing?**
- To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
- To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
- Supervise all works including all civil and architectural works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, sewer system, etc
- To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
- To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structures, formwork support systems and submit an evaluation report endorsed by a PE
- To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
- To supervise the installation of instrumentation
- To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc

**What do you need to have?**
- Familiar with extensive A/A works to existing operational building
- Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution
- At least 10 years working experience as a Resident Technical Officer
- Fully conversant with Building Control Act and Regulations. Able to systematically maintain site records, contract documents and meet reporting requirements under Building Control Act.
- Experience in reinforced concrete piling work including industrial building works.
- Supervisory experience in architectural works and mechanical works is required
- Registered with IES/BCA as Resident Technical Officer
