Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will assist and guide the team in all aspects of building maintenance, M&E services/equipment, preventive maintenance and ensure compliance to relevant statutory regulations on health and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise technicians and contractors for various maintenance activities and projects
- Prioritize maintenance work orders and work with the team to resolve daily operating issues
- Implement preventive maintenance programme and ensure upkeep of the general maintenance schedule
- Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on health and safety standards
- Assist in day-to-day maintenance operations and perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Head of Facilities

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Building Management/Engineering/Facilities Management or equivalent and with at least 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably from the hospitality industry. Registered Workplace Health & Safety Officer will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety, environmental, buildings, system regulations and code of practices
- Strong analytical, trouble-shooting and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player and able to work independently
