**Job Description**:
**About the Division**

Service Development (Disability Support Services) oversees the service planning and implementation of post-18 disability pilots, and collaborates with service partners, community partners and various stakeholders to help achieve the key objectives and outcomes of pilot programmes.

**Project Description**

Interns will need to interface and work closely with different stakeholders in planning and executing the publicity efforts and build awareness of Enabling Service Hub (ESH) services. Interns will gain exposure in working with various stakeholders and be given the opportunity to have hands on experience in development of collaterals/video and events planning and implementation (e.g. ESH official launch)

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Proactively engage ESH service partners in the usage of ESH Brand Guide and monitor the brand consistency.
- Explore opportunities for ESHs to be involved in publicity campaigns/events, setting up info booths in SPED Schools to establish their presence.
- To assist with the social media forecast by providing and updating Communications & Partnerships team on ESH posts, events.
- To support ESH service partners in collateral development
- Develop plan for ESH publicity events/campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Adminstration, Digital Marketing or Mass Communications
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good collaboration, interpersonal and networking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word, as well as website content management systems.
- Proficient in design and layout / Design software knowledge, e.g. Canva
