**The Company**
Our client is a listed and one of the largest real estate investment trusts globally with excellent reputation in the market. The company is well-known for having best practices in the industry and in trend of new developments including Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance initiatives.
**The Role**
Report directly and work closely with C-suite based in Singapore to strategize and make critical investment decisions. Provide in-depth analysis on all transactions including acquisitions, disposals, developments, leasing transactions, financing initiatives and other real estate analysis. Preparation and updating of Fund model and commercial analysis of potential transactions, scenario analysis and variance analysis of results to the forecast of the REIT. Work closely with portfolio management team on equity and market research, acquisition process and structuring of deals.
**Your Profile**
At least 3-5 years of financial and fund analysis experience from financial services industry. Experience in real estate with strong financial modelling skills highly preferred. Independent with excellent communication and presentation skills.
