- We are currently actively looking for a Real Estate Sustainability Professional with strong REITs experience and if you are selected for the role, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest real estate platforms in the world to make ESG impact through the Real Estate lenses.**Roles and Responsibilities**
- You will support the formulation and communication of the sustainability plans for the REITs in the Fund Management business.
- Update on emerging global sustainability trends and regulatory directions for feeding into the business strategies
- Coordinate and ensure that the sustainability strategy is in line with and supports the overall Group Sustainability Plan
- Partner the listed fund and asset management teams to map out, execute and monitor the sustainability plan for the listed funds
- Develop sustainability reporting formats for REIT annual reports and quarterly financial results in line with the latest international and regulatory standards and benchmarks
- Develop methodologies to assess the viability or success of sustainability initiatives as well as deliver the latest thinking and innovation to accelerate sustainability outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Excellent degree in a technical field (e.g. Environmental Science/Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety) or a similar field
- More than 10 years of experience working on sustainability initiatives.
- Experience in real estate or technical experience in environmental sustainability is an advantage.
- Experience in Green Mark, LEED, EDGE, and/or other green building label certifications as well as ISO standards for best practices in real estate operations will be viewed favorably
- Ability to influence and make recommendations to Senior Management on areas ranging from strategy to policy, process, governance and reporting
- Ability to engage, establish collaborative relationships and build trust with various stakeholders as well as lead cross-functional groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare templates for sustainability plans and reporting formats
- Strong organizational and planning skills
