**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate in conducting comprehensive research on prevailing market trends, property valuations, and financial performance of assets within the commercial real estate sector.
- Provide insightful analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Support the team in crafting comprehensive project evaluations, including intricate financial modeling and meticulous due diligence, to ensure precise assessments of potential projects.
- Assist in the development of detailed financial analyses, market studies, and Board papers, offering critical inputs for the successful execution of strategic projects.
- Refine and create intricate financial models for both individual assets and the broader portfolio. Guarantee accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to the continuous monitoring of project performance, presenting regular updates and well-structured reports on the ongoing progress of our existing portfolio.
- Cultivate effective relationships by engaging with internal departments and external stakeholders, including property managers and consultants.

Key Requirements:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate analysis or a related area, showcasing a solid foundation in financial modeling and analysis.
- While not mandatory, a CFA qualification and a background in real estate would be advantageous.
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other modeling tools, emphasizing your ability to construct accurate and dynamic financial models.
- Exhibit a high level of motivation, organizational prowess, and a collaborative spirit as an integral team member, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
