What does the job consist?:
**Responsible for C&B framework development, payroll and benefits related management, management reports and surveys, relocation administration and employee relations with the objective ensuring competitiveness and attractiveness of rewards strategy, consistency and strong engagement in managing employees guiding within department guidelines and corporate policies.**:
Role & responsibility
- Compensation & Benefits

Establish, review and propose changes to compensation and benefits programme; Plan and execute annual salary review, promotion and bonus payments; Perform benchmarking studies and present findings; Plan and communicate changes
- in order to develop a competitive compensation and benefits package for staff attraction and retention_
- Payroll, Benefits and Time Attendance Management

Direct contact with payroll and benefits outsourced vendors; prepare monthly transaction and update files to vendors; check data provided and vendors’ compliance with stipulated guidelines; monitor complaints from employees and vendors’ response
- in order to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and claims reimbursement according to stipulated guidelines._
- Management Reports and Surveys

Master the master HR database via Meta4 and ensure data completeness and accuracy; prepare management reports and provide data and trends analysis; perform job matching for salary surveys, collate and provide data to the service provider
- in order to ensure timely reporting to management, benchmarking and keeping abreast with the latest HR practices._
- Performance & Talent Management

Plan, execute and manage performance review and people review exercises; Deploy changes based on corporate guidelines; Ensure the realization of action plans
- in order to identify high potentials for succession planning_
- HR Policies and Procedures

Establish policies and procedures to govern human resource management and staffing practices; Review and update procedures periodically; Gather market information on human resource practices, staffing guidelines and recommend enhancements
- in order to implement a set of well defined procedures for various human resource management and staffing processes._
- Global Mobility Administration

Handling expatriate and in-patriate, international internship and V.I.E (French Government's Management trainee Programme); handling all work rights formality and related administrations ensure positive employee experience- Employee Relations, continuous improvement projects

Direct contact with the café caterer and company bus provider; convey expected service level and monitor performance; build rapport with employees and gather feedback; assist the Sports & Recreation Committee Chairman to drive the members and activities
- In order to enhance communication between management and staff and increase operational effectiveness._Requirements & qualifications:
**Educational Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resource related specialization

**Experience**:

- Degree with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Diploma with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

**Technical/Job Knowledge**:

- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal communication skill
- Strong experience and knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Strong team player who is ready to be team builder, fun-loving and resourceful
- Proven trach in working in matrix organization and comfortable working with certain amount of ambiguity
- Understanding of Employment Act and related labor laws
