**We recruiting for part time team members across all areas.**

**About the role**:
In this role you will be responsible for delivering a happy guest experience and driving sales. You will be trained in your chosen area of operations, with the option to develop further in other areas. Below are the roles & duties for each area.
- Retail Host- Welcome and assist guests in the gift shop
- Stock up products in the gift shop and sales counters
- Process sales transactions as a cashier
- Operate and monitor the 4D cinema show and F1-themed VR game*
- Rides Host- Welcome guests at the entry to the ride area
- Operate the 'Spirit of Singapore' Boat Ride
- Follow all health & safety procedures
- Admissions Host- Welcome guests to the entry and check tickets
- Upsell ticket options and experiences
- Process sales transactions as a cashier
- Assist guests with taking photos and answering questions about the displays
- _Please note that our fun training program will provide time and support so you can learn how to operate all interactive experiences before fulfilling duties in each area.**About you**:

- Friendly and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude
- Excellent communicator and loves to interact with people from all over the world
- Passionate about giving great guest service
- Available to work regular weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in cashiering and/or customer service roles is preferred
