**Responsibilities**:

- To be part of the project management team and support bids/projects with Primavera schedule.
- For projects that are awarded, to develop the baseline programme through discussion with project team and client.
- Able to resource load the schedule and develop the resource chart, including the S-curve for progress reporting.
- Maintain and update the monthly progress of the project for both internal and external parties.
- Discuss with project manager on the progress, highlighting any critical activities and upcoming milestones.
- Coordinate with civil contractors or other system wide contractors for coordinated installation programme.
- Attend client monthly progress meeting with the project team.
- Update in-house ETC and EAC for monthly project dashboard and project review.
- Ability to identify and highlight on critical path activities and possible extension of time (EOT) claims.
- Support the Project Management Office activities to help set up the resource forecasting activities, risk monitoring activities for the projects
- Maintain the PMBI reports for all GTS projects that the team manages
- Work with PM / WPM/Finance to prepare, review & update ETC. Input the info into PCM and provide variance reports, and ensure monthly baselining is performed for all the projects.
- Support the PMO team with planning and project reporting
- Help consolidate internal and external reports
- Support the PMO Lead in managing Risks & Opportunities
- Help to establish a risk management awareness and culture in the company for Bids & Projects
- Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up
- Help in other PMO deliverables and documentation tracking

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree qualified ideally in business or engineering with similar experience as a planner / planning engineer / scheduler and PMO support
- Experience in transportation metro project (COMS/Signaling/SCADA) would be an added advantage.
- Experienced using Primavera P6/Core Module, SAP by Design.
- Well versed in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in MS PowerBI would be an advantage.
- Attention to details is essential
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Team leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Strong organization skills
- Good team player with drive and initiative
- Willing to work towards professional qualifications and membership of a recognized project management institution (such as IPMA).
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
