**Responsibilities**

Oversee the full administration process for the Academy, including:

- Managing course registrations
- Generating and issuing invoices for student payments
- Tracking payments, sending reminders, and following up on overdue fees
- Taking attendance on course days and ensuring learners scan attendance if missed
- Issuing course completion certificates to learners
- Preparing and submitting government funding claims
- Tracking and reconciling government claim disbursements
- Processing payments for lecturers

**Requirements**:

- **Strong administrative skills**- Able to handle registrations, invoicing, payment tracking, and record-keeping.
- **Detail-oriented**- Ensures accuracy in financial transactions, government claims, and attendance tracking.
**Organized and efficient**- Manages multiple tasks and ensures smooth operations for the Academy.
**Good communication skills**- Can liaise with learners, lecturers, and relevant authorities professionally.
**Reliable and proactive**- Takes initiative to follow up on payments, reminders, and claims submissions.
**Familiarity with financial admin**- Experience in invoicing and payment processing is a plus.
**Comfortable with remote reporting**- Can work independently while coordinating with the SG HQ.
