**Title: Head of AP Strategic BD and MI**

This role is the very key person to enhance the corporate strategy organization’s support at global level. In order to drive the transformation and corporate business strategy, this role will leverage the client's strategic thinking, MI knowledge and BD effort together to unleash the potential at local level to contribute to the global bigger picture.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Be the driving seat of leading the team for Strategic Business Development (BD), MI (Market Intelligence), strategy communication, covering AP Geo.
- Strategic BD:
Ø Conduct valuable business development in AP with strategic insights, following internal strategy direction.

Ø Build up relation with AP external resource and network for deal sourcing, facilitate potential collaboration.

Ø Collaborate with internal teams/partners and drive meaningful AP based mega deal supporting the overall corporate strategy direction.
- AP Geo MI:
Ø Partner with Geo business leaders to drive and optimize Geo market assessment cadence.

Ø Enable Geo in making strategic decisions with actionable and forward-looking insights to support Geo business growth.
- Strategy communication:
Ø Cascade effectively the communication of corporate strategy covering AP region

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership with proven track record of leading a high performing team.
- A thought leader and a team player with strategic thinking.
- Multi-cultural of local Geo with good communication, synthesis, and influencing skills, including stakeholder management and external network buildup.
- Prefer to have 4-5 years of experience from top strategy consulting companies with solid performance track record ( **McKinsey, Bain, BCG).**
- Prefer to have a solid background of **Corporate BD or Corporate M&A **in multi-national corporate companies. Good understanding of deal execution and PMI.
- MBA degree from top school is preferable.
- Excellent in English both in communication and in written.
