**JOB PURPOSE/MISSION**:

- Support the goals and objectives of SNEA Operations in repair and Hardware services
- Regional Repair KPI and P&L owner
- Management of all SNEA country subsidiary repair centers
- After sales hardware support strategy for new POS terminals
- Repair Centre setup, qualification and audit activities
- Technical documentation
- Field issue analysis and resolution
- Spare parts identification and forecasting
- Process improvement and Pokayoke (fool-proofing)

**REPORTING TO**:Director of APAC Supply Chain and SNEA COO

**COMPETENCY SPECIFICATION
**Core Competencies**:

- Ability to implement business strategy
- Experience in repair-related KPI and P&L
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Good writing and oral communication skills

**Functional competencies**:

- Extensive experience in the management of repair centers, repair KPIs and P&L.
- Knowledgeable on basic repair and electronic principles
- Knowledgeable of the latest technology i.e., Wi-Fi, 4g, 5G, NFC, Bluetooth, Android
- Exposure to POS terminals or related devices will be an added advantage

**Languages**:
**- English
**Management Ability / Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements**:

- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering

**- 10 years’ experience in electronic board repair and electronic equipment repair-related industry**

**- Minimum 5 years experience in regional roles with management in repair**
- Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP, PCB CAD software
- Knowledge of any Business Intelligence software will be an added advantage
