Amazing Hearing Group is an independent dynamic hearing healthcare private practice with six centers in Singapore. Our practice aims to provide compassionate patient care and an amazing customer experience to people with hearing loss in Singapore.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will provide hearing aids by educating patients on their individual hearing loss and the technology available to help them hear better. If you do not have prior experience, you will be trained and supported by our Retail Director to become a Hearing Care Professional.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Consult with client and recommend hearing aids that best fits their lifestyle and needs.
- Fit clients with hearing aid settings to match their needs.
- Educate clients on the use of their hearing aids or other hearing accessories.
- Provide appropriate aftercare to all clients.
- Ensure the highest standard of client care is given.
- Ensure the Amazing Hearing Care philosophy and promise are upheld with every client.
- Secure repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with Customer Services, Retail Director, and Owner.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic and work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, Retail will be preferred.
- Previous dispensing or fitting experience preferred.
- Proven experience in achieving sales goals.
- Must have good dexterity in both hands.
- Willing to work flexible hours/days.
- Working Hours are 6 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 AM

**Competencies**:

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must have the ability to communicate test results both in writing & verbally.
- Fluent in English.
- Bi-lingual with able to speak fluently in Mandarin/Malay/Tamil will be a plus.
- High level of entrepreneurial spirit
