Singapore DIGI-SOUND HEARING CARE CENTRE PTE. LTD. Full time

**You **will be our key person in**:
1) Exceed customer expectation by providing excellent customer service.

2) Attend to customer enquiries on the product/services.

3) Listen, engage and empathise in order to clarify and understand customer needs.

4) Ensure very customer leaves with future appointment.

5) Assist clinician in the smooth operations of the hearing care centre

7) To issue invoice to customer.

8) Perform basic hearing screening test (training will be provided).

9) Other job responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.

**REQUIREMENT**:
1) At least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level. Preferably with Diploma/Degree in related discipline
2) Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
3) Relevant customer service experiences with positive learning attitude
4) Required language(s): English & BM (Mandarin or local dialect will be an advantage due to customer demography)
5) Required to work 5 1/2 day per week including weekend

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
