We are searching for an Account Executive to join the Accounting and Finance team. This position is on **part-time basis**, mínimally **3 days a week** (full day) e.g. 9.00am - 6.00pm.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing financial reporting to management - book keeping/ double entry
- Handle intercompany reporting, including intercompany invoices are posted accurately and intercompany account reconciliations - records on internal system (Xero)
- Handle Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables function
- Manage staff disbursement claim, including verify staff’s expense claims, ensure claims in compliance with internal control policies as well as local statutory requirements.
- Preparation of quarterly GST returns
- Handling company insurance matters
- Preparation of client invoices and supporting documentation in connection with client orders
- Collection activities related to assigned clients, based on payment terms
- Internal and external communications with clients and BTS Account Managers
- Audit of employee expenses, including follow up with consultants as needed
- Support office day to day duties e.g. preparing stationary for delivery of workshop, manage courier of document/ parcel etc.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of accounting relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
- Positive working attitude and detail-oriented person
- Team player who is pro-active, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong organization and attention to detail is necessary in this team environment. Being a problem identifier, as well as a problem solver, is vital.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
