Role: Enterprise Account Executive, Puppet
Location: Singapore
Perforce develops DevOps tools that improve software quality and security as well as team productivity for several of the world’s leading companies, such as PIXAR, CD Projekt Red, NASA, Verizon, Honda and NVIDIA.
**Position Summary**:
Puppet by Perforce is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Singapore and become part of a rapidly growing region. We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven senior sales executive with strong large account management skills and have experience closing large sales within the Banking, FSI & Telecoms enterprise accounts in Singapore and across Asia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities in large Enterprise and strategic accounts
- Selling Puppet’s software to major accounts with a strong technical acumen as well as the ability to have a presence with C-Level executives in the accounts
- Building and execute territory plans utilizing the MEDDPICC sales methodology to ensure long term selling strategy within these large accounts as well as create short term tactical opportunities
- Ensure the successful rollout and adoption of Puppet’s products through strong account management activities and coordination with pre-and-post sales engineering and support resources
- Maintain current, accurate, and active SFDC hygiene and pipeline forecasting
- Assist sales management in conveying customer needs to product managers, and technical support staff
- Execute lead generation activities and promotions to drive awareness and accelerate adoption
- End to end ownership of identifying, creating, developing, negotiating and closing high-value opportunities
**Requirements**:
- At least 8 years experience in software or related high tech industry, ideally in Infrastructure software
- Experience within the Banking, FSI & Telecom accounts preferred
- Existing working relationship with the C-Suite/Director level
- Domain specific knowledge of large corporate IT environments including basic understanding of client/server computing, networking and cloud computing
- Strong and proven track record of enterprise software selling, quota, and goal achievement
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with understanding that enterprise sales is a team effort
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts to customer
- Proficiency of using Salesforce and coordination tools - such as Zoom, MS Teams, Slack and more
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Travel as necessary to accounts in order to develop customer relationships and close large opportunities (via ground and/or air transportation)
